EASYKleen Machines (TEC, Plus, Pro S-10, Pro S-15, and Feeder Units)

EASYkleen machines have a standard 2-year parts and labour warranty (excluding external leads) however, internal parts within all EASYkleen machines come with a 10-year parts only warranty.

This part only warranty covers the internal electronics of each unit for 10 years from the customer’s date of purchase of that machine, meaning that any internal electronics deemed faulty by electrical failure, EASYkleen Pty Ltd (EASYkleen) will provide the replacement part/s at no cost.

The external leads (torch handle, clamp and power lead) have a 90-day warranty from customers date of purchase covering any faulty or defective product. This warranty does not cover these parts that fail due to general wear and tear.

Components not covered by warranty:

  • Consumable components; such as chemicals and brushes.
  • External case components; such as switches, indicators, connectors (power, dinse), fan covers and feet.

10-year parts warranty void if:

  • The machine model number has been removed or rendered illegible
  • The case or hand piece has been opened or tampered with
  • The machine has been used in a way other than is instructed within its operations manual
  • Non-genuine weld cleaning solution has been used
  • Non-genuine weld cleaning brushes have been used
  • There is no silicone sleeve covering the machines stainless bare conductor at the end of the torch
  • Any liquid has entered the machine case and is the cause of electrical failure
  • The machine has been wet, submerged or exposed to an excessive amount of dry debris

EASYkleen accepts no liability pursuant to this warranty for any cost or consequential damage or economic loss whether direct or indirect to any person or property, arising from breakdown or failure of this machine or any part thereof, and no responsibility is to be implied or accepted over and above the replacement value of the machine.

For any warranty claim, EASYkleen requires the customer to send an email within 24 hours of the fault to sales@easykleen.com.au with a photo of the following attached:

  1. Current brush being used
  2. The solution bottle being used
  3. The torch handle end where the brush screws into
  4. The machine itself (front/back/top/sides) including the serial number plate

mepBLITz Machine

The mepBLITz machine comes with a 2-year parts only warranty.

This part only warranty covers the internal electronics of each unit for 2 years from the customer’s date of purchase of that machine, meaning that any internal electronics deemed faulty by electrical failure, EASYkleen will provide the replacement part/s at no cost.
